UniFlow
Open the UniFlow
application by double clicking the icon in your system tray, or by pressing the windows key and type uniflow, then clicking on it when found.
Select Continue with Microsoft Login.
It should then automatically log you in and register your CEG email with the service, and display a screen that says All Done!
Once the service is registered, you will receive an email from UniFlow with your PIN.
Please keep this safe, as this will allow you to print
even if you've forgotten your access card/fob.
At this point, you can now begin to print. The printer you should print to is called CEG Print in your printers list (the individual Leeds and London ones will be removed in due course, for clarity).
Once you print your
document, you will initially notice that nothing happens. This is because the
document will not print until you go and retrieve the printout.
To do this, go
to any printer, and scan your card or key fob on the panel to the right of the
screen. It will ask you for your PIN that was emailed to you,
and this will
then link your card/fob to your profile. Going forward, you will only need to
scan your card/fob to log in, once it's linked.
You can link multiple
cards/fobs to the same account via the same process. For information,
this process will work for the door fobs and cards in both of our offices.
Once you have scanned your card or fob, it will log you into the printer, and you'll see the following screen.
Please press Secure Print to see a list of documents you have pending to print.
Please note documents will stay in this pending list for 24
hours, at which point they will be automatically removed from the queue.
To print a document, select the document in the list, and press Print
& Delete.
To use any of the
other printer functions, you will still need to authenticate with your
card/fob/PIN, but once you are logged in,
you can use the printer as before for scanning & copying. Under Scan & Send, you will also see one new additional option called Send to Myself,
which will quickly scan the document and email it
to you, rather than having to find your name in the list.
