Welcome to our new company telephone system provided by Zoom which many of you will be aware of due to the company being a major presence in the video conferencing space.

The new system will operate on any device such as your laptop and mobile phone and will remove the need to use physical handsets and the associated logging in that follows.

All UK calls are included on an unlimited basis.

Please find below instructions for logging in and basic use (links will be provided at the end for more advanced features).

Laptop Log In

Open the Zoom application by double clicking the icon on your desktop.

Select the "Sign in with SSO" option (Single Sign On).

You will then get an option to sign in with your already connected account as shown below.

If you get a Microsoft request to enter your email - then use your usual CEG email address and your usual laptop/email login password (Not PIN).

Zoom will then start. (If you have a Zoom account using our CEG email address already - you may get informed that an account switch is needed - if so - just let it go through the process and email confirmation)
